We stand behind the quality and endurance of The Nadeau Easel (formerly the Take It Easel). We offer a FULL LIFETIME GUARANTEE on all materials and workmanship.
Our easels are handcrafted to last a lifetime, designed to support your creative journey for decades. The strength and quality of our materials, simple design, and attention to detail make these easels nearly indestructible.
Repairs and Tune-Ups
While it is very rare to experience functional or material problems with your easel, they are made from natural materials and may require maintenance after years of hard use. We handle repairs promptly on a common-sense, case-by-case basis.
Covered Repairs (Manufacturer or Material Defects):

We never charge for repairs due to material or manufacturing defects. These repairs are covered by the Lifetime Guarantee.
Non-Covered Repairs (User Error):

We only charge for repairs when we determine the damage is due to user error. In such cases, we will provide an estimate before beginning any work.
How to Request a Repair or Tune-Up
To simplify the process and ensure we are prepared for your easel:

Shipping: We will provide you with our shipping address and discuss the easiest way to send your easel back to us.
Easel Maintenance
The Finish on your Nadeau Easel is SC Johnson Fine Paste Wood Wax or similar, applied by hand. To maintain and extend the life of your easel, you can apply a fresh coat of SC Johnson Fine Paste Wood Wax (or a comparable product) once a year, or whenever you desire, and then letting it dry before wiping/buffing off excess.
